General Terms
vj77.cam (referred to hereinafter as "vj77", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service means you fully agree to these terms and conditions and are bound by this agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use any vj77 services. These terms have been formulated and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Age Verification

If it is found that a user created or operated an account while under the age of 21, the account will be closed immediately, deposited funds will be returned, but all winnings will be forfeited.

Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username, password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds will only be accepted from an account that belongs to you and has been properly verified. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are prohibited.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the total amount wagered must be 20 times the original bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
- One account is eligible to participate in each promotion.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming services provided on vj77 are governed by the following general rules:
Sports Betting
- All bets will be considered final once confirmed.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with vj77's own policy.
- vj77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Match fixing or attempting to benefit from advance knowledge of results is strictly prohibited.
Casino and Slot Games
- The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for the incomplete round will be refunded.
- Intentionally exploiting any error or bug in the game software is prohibited — winnings from such activity may be cancelled.
Live Casino
Live casino games are operated in real time. The dealer's decision is final. If the connection is lost, active bets are generally settled according to the outcome of the round.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or manipulation through multiple accounts.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to conduct betting or gaming activity.
- Intentionally exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in games or systems.
- Colluding with other users or engaging in collaborative fraud.
- Threatening, harassing, or insulting vj77 staff or other users.
- Using a false identity or forged documents to complete account verification.
- Chargeback fraud — raising a payment dispute after receiving services.
vj77 reserves the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities if detected.
Account Suspension and Closure
vj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspicion of manipulation or fraud.
- Suspicion or evidence of money laundering.
- Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
- Direction or order from a legal authority.
Account closure request by the user themselves
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
The vj77 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. vj77 accepts no liability for the following:
- Losses caused by internet connection disruption.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
